  1. Stopmaatje diazepam en zopiclon

    een discussie voegde rose17 toe in Zoek een stopmaatje
    Hallo, Ik zoek iemand ter ondersteuning voor mijn afbouw van diazepam en zopiclon. Heb veel neurologische klachten en daarom nu ongeveer 1 jaar afhankelijk en nooit verslavingsgevoelig geweest maar nu dus wel. Ik gebruik nu taperingsstrips voor de diazepam afbouw maar merk wel veel impact al na anderhalve week en denk ook dat zopiclon nare uitwerking heeft omdat het anders werkt. Hopelijk vind ik iemand op dit forum om deze fase beter door te komen en andersom dus om elkaar te ondersteunen. Ik vind dat er veel te weinig kennis is bij de zogenaamde experts zoals huisartsen en psychiaters hierover en ze niet goed begeleiden hierin maar wel makkelijk blijven voorschrijven.
