    een discussie voegde Mark66 toe in Ditjes, datjes en dagdraad
    Beste, ik ben bezig met het taperen van de lorazepam. Nu is 1 taper 0,25 per maand. Ik zit nu op 1,85 en heb dus nog niet de taper afgemaakt. Maar ik heb vreselijke nare gedachtes, veel huilen. Hoe kom ik hier ooit doorheen. Ik ben jongeman van 30 met een kleine van 1 jaar. Ik heb enorm zwaar en ben opzoek naar mensen die elkaar kunnen steunen. Ik doe ongelofelijk mijn best, maar ik ga helemaal kapot. Toch moet ik er vanaf. Please help mij.
