  1. Stoppen met alcohol

    een discussie voegde Crica toe in Wie is wie?
    Na vele pogingen met stoppen verval ik toch weer in de valkuil van alcohol. Dit komt omdat ik heel veel stress heb en onverwerkt verdriet. Hiervoor ben ik in behandeling geweest maar helaas werkte dit niet afdoende. Nu wil ik weer een poging wagen en graag heb ik jullie advies. Hoe zijn jullie gestopt hebben jullie afgebouwd of in een keer? En hoe stel je een datum om in een keer te stoppen of afbouwen? Ik hoop hier steun te vinden alvast bedankt voor het meedenken
