    een discussie voegde mel toe in Thema's rondom alcohol
    hallo iedereen, sinds gisteren 4maand alchohol vrij , nooit verwacht dat dit me ging lukken. Ik ervaar al heel veel voordelen sinds mijn stop maar echter blijf ik met enorm veel lichamelijke klachten zitten sinds mijn stop ( heel snel moe , enorme spierpijnen ...) heeft hier nog iemand last van?
