    Beste, ik ben ook nieuw hier...en zoek 'n beetje steun... ben 48 jaar, en drink soms met periodes... ik kan weken niet drinken, zonder problemen... plots na een feestje...kan ik 's anderendaags niet meer stoppen, en drink ik opnieuw... De laatste 2 jaar volgende de drankpartijen mekaar korter op... Sinds 3 dagen neem ik antabuse...want ik ben de katers beu... Ik wil terug 'n gelukkig leven, ZONDER drank... Ik ga dikwijls sporten (lopen), en hoop me hiermee uit de slag te trekken. Ik wil niet dat mijn vrouw en kinderen me nog zien als ik téveel op heb... gestopt 25 aug 2010
