Ben oudere vrouw ,over 60jaar

Lees al behoorlijk lang mee.

Ben al 1jaar geleden gestopt met drinken.heb 2uitglijers gehad.Neem refusal maar niet regelmatig.voel me er niet lekker bij.hoop dat ik wat kan betekenen voor dit Forum.maar weet nog niet hoe alles werkt,ga zeker meer schrijven.
