Hoi,

 

Ik ben Florida.

 

Sinds een week heb ik mij aangesloten bij de bijeenkomsten van de AA. Het was een hele stap maar ik ben er bijzonder blij mee. Wat een lieve mensen, allemaal in hetzelfde schuitje. Het helpt mij enorm. Sinds 1 week niets meer gedronken. Een hele prestatie aangezien ik al een jaar of 20 stevig drink. Ik voel mij fit en zie eindelijk de ochtenden weer eens goed! Het is moeilijk soms. Maar ik probeer het per 24 uur te bekijken. Als ik deze gehaald heb ben ik weer trots en op naar de volgende 24 uur. Ik zit nog maar aan het begin, dus het zal zeker nog heel moeilijk worden. Vandaar dat ik mij heb aangemeld om een beetje steun hopelijk te krijgen.
