Tactus feliciteert Marloes Postel met haar proefschrift ‘Well Connected, Web-based Treatment for Problem Drinkers’, en de uitkomst dat de online behandeling Alcoholdebaas.nl de wekelijkse alcoholconsumptie van probleemdrinkers effectief vermindert.

Marloes Postel is onderzoeker bij Tactus Verslavingszorg en promoveerde aan de Radboud Universiteit en het NISPA (Nijmegen Institute for Scientist Practitioners in Addiction) op haar onderzoek naar de effectiviteit van het online behandelen van probleemdrinkers.

Het onderzoek 'Well connected, Web-based Treatment for Problem Drinkers', is uitgevoerd onder deelnemers van internetbehandeling Alcoholdebaas.nl die willekeurig (door de applicatie) zijn toegewezen aan de onderzoeks- of controlegroep. Uitkomst van het onderzoek is dat de internetbehandeling effectief is in het reduceren van de wekelijkse alcoholconsumptie en het verbeteren van de gezondheid van deelnemers. Een erg bevredigend resultaat!
