Hallo

Ik ben oma en ik slikt nu 2,5x zoplicon 7,5 mg per nacht.

Maar helaas zijn de tid van slapen zo verschillend. Zo slaap ik van 1 pil 5 uur en zo maar 2 uur.

Ik gebruik ze om te slapen voor mijn pijn in mijn billen. Ik kan niet liggen of zitten.

Nou ik er toch niet van op aan kan, dat ik slaap, wil ik wel afbouwen. Wie kan mij hier in helpen.
