Beste allemaal, Excuus voor een ieder die mijn eerste, wanhopige berichten op het forum verkeerd hebben opgevat..was gewoon even wanhopig.. Ik heb vandaag besloten maar niet meer aan het forum mee te doen. Het kost mij teveel energie (ik praat liever..) die ik vanaf nu in mijn herstel zal proberen te investeren. Ik heb met mijn lieve vriendin goeie gesprekken gehad en we nemen er simpelweg de tijd voor. Ik heb inmiddels vanaf dinsdag-avond niet meer gedronken en bij het boodschappenlijstje voor het weekend heb ik het bier samen met haar geschrapt. Dat is kleine stap1! Ben in ieder geval blij dat vandaag de zon schijnt. Ik wens jullie allemaal heel veel succes in de strijd!
